New Linux Project...

I got a new tv recently an LG 37LC7D. I found it had a serial port on
the back and so I wanted to hook it up to a linux box and use a web
interface to control the TV functions. A little bit of php coding and
a null-modem cable, and I had an interface to change channels, set
the volume and select the input. It was a fun simple project, I've
